I. Project Overview
The Gas Production and Filling Project of Xinjiang Mingli Gas Manufacturing Co., Ltd. primarily involves the production and filling of industrial hydrogen. The total investment of the project is 120 million yuan, and it will be constructed in two phases.
II. Construction Location and Scale

Construction Location: The project is located in the Kuitun-Dushanzi Economic and Technological Development Zone, Kuitun East Specialty Industrial Park, west of Hongxiang Avenue and south of Kechuang Road.

Construction Scale:
- The first phase includes the construction of one production line with an annual output of 3 million m³ of dissolved acetylene gas, one production line with an annual output of 700,000 m³ of hydrogen, one production line with an annual filling capacity of 200,000 bottles of propane, and supporting auxiliary facilities.
- The second phase includes the construction of one production line with an annual output of 7 million m³ of hydrogen and supporting auxiliary facilities.
III. Project Progress and Environmental Impact Assessment
- Project Progress: The project has completed the first public participation information disclosure and the draft for comments of the environmental impact assessment. It is currently likely in the construction or preparation stage.
- Environmental Impact Assessment: The company has entrusted Xinjiang Runjin Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. to undertake the environmental impact assessment of the project and has completed the "Environmental Impact Report (Draft for Comments) of the Gas Production and Filling Project of Xinjiang Mingli Gas Manufacturing Co., Ltd." During the public notice period, the public can submit relevant opinions or suggestions to the construction unit or the environmental assessment unit through various means.
